Quaniet joined Nedgroup Investments in 2016 as Head of Institutional, responsible for growing and developing the Institutional business for Nedgroup Investments. Prior to joining Nedgroup Investments, Quaniet held the position of Head of Strategic Partners for Sanlam Investments. He has also held the positions of Chief Client Officer for Momentum and Marketing Director for Investec Asset Management. Quaniet has 19 years of experience across the South African investment industry. 

Fasiega Benjamin

Senior Institutional Investment Consultant

Fasiega joined Nedgroup Investments in 2017 as an Institutional Consultant, responsible for growing and developing the Institutional business. Prior to joining Nedgroup Investments, Fasiega spent 12 years at Investec Asset Management initially in Marketing before moving to the institutional team as a client manager. Fasiega has 18 years of experience in the South African investment industry.

Qualifications: B.Com (Marketing) UNISA, Post Grad. Dip. (Management Practice) UCT GSB

Mokgadi Skwambane

Senior Institutional Investment Consultant

Mokgadi Skwambane is a Senior Institutional Investment Consultant. Her role is to advise retirement funds on an appropriate investment strategy by identifying their investment objectives and thereafter, recommending a range of solutions developed by Nedgroup Investments that best suits their needs. Mokgadi is a Bcom (Economics and Business Management) graduate who is currently a CFA candidate at the CFA Institute.

She has over ten years’ experience in Investment Consulting and Business Development for various asset managers. She’s passionate about financial education and helping people reach their financial goals.

Corinne Murray

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Corinne is the Senior Client Relationship Manager, responsible for servicing institutional clients, consultants and administrators and managing operational projects which impact the Institutional Business. She has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, starting her career at Old Mutual Unit Trusts.  Prior to assuming her current role, Corinne has fulfilled a range of roles which includes, Client Services Manager at BoE Unit Trusts, Client Admin Manager at Xchange Solutions, Technical Trainer at Nedgroup Investments and Client Relationship Manager at Investec Asset Management.

Shafeeqah Abrahams

Client Relationship Manager

Shafeeqah joined Nedgroup Investments in 2008 as a client relationship manager where she is responsible for daily operational issues and the servicing of institutional clients, consultants and retirement fund administrators. She is also tasked with managing all institutional events and co-ordination of marketing communication.  Shafeeqah started her career in the financial services industry at Acsis (Old Mutual Wealth) and has over 23 years’ experience in the South African Retirement Fund industry.
