Tom is Managing Director of Nedgroup Investment’s international businesses in London and the Isle of Man. Tom has over 25 years’ investment management experience, joining Nedgroup Investments in early 2021 following 9 years with Santander Asset Management where he was the Global Head of Multi Asset and more latterly Chief Investment Officer to the UK Business. Tom has overall responsibility for Nedgroup Investments International, is Chairman of the Executive Committee, International Strategy Committee and the Global Investment Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of Nedgroup Investments (IOM) Ltd, Nedgroup Investments (UK) Limited and a Director of the UCITS structures.

Apiramy is the Chief Commercial Officer of Nedgroup Investment’s International business, where she serves on the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of Nedgroup Investment (UK). Having joined Nedgroup Investments in early 2023 as the Chief Commercial Officer, Apiramy is responsible for defining and executing the global commercial strategy outside of South Africa. With over 15 years of experience in asset management and investment banking, Apiramy has led businesses with a unique focus on client centric outcomes. Prior to her current role, she held key positions at leading financial institutions including Aviva Investors, where she was the Head of UK Wholesale, responsible for driving sales strategies in the wealth, savings, and retirement market across domestic and international relationships.

Tracey is the Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the operations in the Isle of Man. Tracey, a graduate from Nottingham University, has a wealth of experience in the Fund Industry and since her appointment in 1993 she has looked after middle and back office administration as well leading on relationship management and HR functions. On leaving university Simon joined one of the major UK Life Assurance companies where his roles included that of Fund Accountant and Corporate Accountant.  Simon has worked in the financial services sector in the Isle of Man since 1993 and during his time with Nedgroup Investments he has held the positions of Administration Manager and Compliance Officer.  He is currently responsible for the International Client and Broker Services Team, relationship management with key clients and the middle office Investment Business Team.  Simon is a qualified accountant and holds the Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.  He also acts as Company Secretary to Nedgroup Investments (IOM) Limited and Nedgroup Investments (UK) Limited. Helen trained with KPMG in the Isle of Man and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998.  Helen's post qualification experience in the Isle of Man is in the financial services sector, both in banking and asset management businesses.  Helen joined Nedgroup Investments (IOM) Limited in 2011 and is responsible for the financial reporting and controls of the Company. Pete has worked in compliance since 2004, having also previously worked at Nedgroup Investments earlier on in his career before returning to take up a more senior role. Pete has held Head of Compliance, MLRO & Data Protection Officer positions across various companies and groups within the investment, banking and TCSP industries. Rick graduated in 2006 from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences where he completed a Bachelor in Information and Communication Technology specialising in Information Engineering with a minor in Digital life. He has over 15 years’ experience of bridging the gap between IT and business in various roles. Rick joined Nedgroup Investments in 2018 as a Business Analyst.
